Very easy to make with very little prep time.
Ingredients
- Frozen pork dumplings
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 can of coconut milk
- Red Thai curry paste (amount depends on spice and flavor desired)
- 1 or so cups spinach (good amount as always)
- 3 Tbsp of teriyaki marinade (is this different from just sauce?)
- Green onions for toppings
- Chili crunch oil
Directions
- Combine garlic and coconut and thai curry together in the bottom of a glass baking pan.
- Place the dumplings in the pan (you can pack these).
- Put spinach in the cracks of the dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 for 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle green onions and chili crunch oil for toppings.
