Freaking delicious AF muffins from Monterey.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 150g peanut butter
- 100g sugar
- 50g oil
- 70g milk
- 100g flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- Chocolate chips (amount tbd)
Directions
- Mix the egg, peanut butter, sugar, oil, and milk together in a bowl well.
- Slowly mix in the flour and baking powder to the mixture until well mixed.
- Fill muffin tins, and bake at 350 degrees for 18 minutes.
