Ingredients
- 125g butter
- 100g brown sugar (she uses dark) (½ cup)
- 1 egg
- ½ shot of espresso
- 175g self raising flour
- Chocolate chips (dark or semi-sweet)
Directions
- Whisk the butter, brown sugar and egg together.
- Add the ½ shot of espresso (but only ½ or it will be too soggy).
- Add the self raising flour and whisk until a silky batter.
- Add chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.
- Use spoons to make ball shapes. Bake in oven at 170 C for around 6 min until the edges are golden.
