Note: If you don't have apple cider vinegar, substitute for a little less than ¼ cup balsamic vinegar, and then a little bit of apple juice. Works great.
Ingredients
- ¼ cup dijon mustard
- ¼ cup honey
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¼ cup oil — I use extra virgin olive oil
Directions
- Put all ingredients into a mason jar and shake thoroughly. Pour over fresh greens salad (with tomatoes and some mozzarella cheese).
