Alaska Lemon Cookies

Cookies enjoyed on our trip through Alaska.

Ingredients

• ½ cup butter
• 1 cup sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• ¼ tsp salt
• ¼ tsp baking powder
• ⅛ tsp baking soda
• 1 ½ cups flour
• 2 cups powdered sugar

Directions

1. Cream butter with sugar.
2. Add vanilla, egg, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well.
3. Add dry ingredients EXCEPT POWDERED SUGAR.
4. Scoop cookies using black/red scoop (?). Roll in powdered sugar.
5. Bake at 350℉ for ? minutes (if I had to guess I would say 8–10 but we need to narrow it down haha).
